ABOUT THE LICENCE

  • There are two courses per year (May to September course or October to February/March course), and you can obtain the qualification while working.
  • We offer a cashback system that covers 80% of training costs.
  • Staff members who work here are always available to provide experienced guidance to those with no nursing experience.
  • For the nursing care worker exam, qualified staff will provide individual support before the practical exam. For those who wish, we will support exam preparation using the facilities' equipment.
  • Depending on the business you are training in, you may need to take training outside the facility to obtain the necessary qualifications. If you take training outside the facility within or outside the prefecture, the corporation will cover the training costs and support you in obtaining the qualifications.

CAREER UP

  • Scepter Years of service: 3-5

    Provide guidance and advice to new staff and those new to nursing care work.
    A person with 3 years or more experience who can handle automatic and night shift work. Also has nursing care skills.

  • Leader Years of service: 5-8

    Manages the floor overall and supports Scepters. 5+ years of experience required. Character is also required in addition to work.
    Has knowledge of dealing with difficult cases. During night shifts, covers floors other than their own. In case of emergency, staff can contact nurses, assess the condition of users, and give appropriate instructions.

  • Chief Years of service: 8-10

    Manages each area (each building) of the facility from the floor. Has leadership experience and is a role model for leaders.
    Staff who can grasp the situation of each facility (each building) and the situation of users, and follow up on leaders and chiefs.

  • Supervisor Years of service: 10-15

    Manages the office. Manages the office, monitors the status of users, and manages staff. General managerial position.

  • Facility Manager Years of service: 15-18

    Depending on the business location, there may be a department that handles two or three businesses. The manager is responsible for
    coordinating with each business manager, managing and operating the business in general, and issuing orders. Also handles personnel and labor affairs.

  • Center Manager Years of service: 18-20

    Mainly responsible for the operation of the corporation's nursing care, disability and medical departments, as well as personnel and labor management. Proposal to facility directors and business managers, and reporting and coordinating with each director.
