This is a home where each resident, even those with disabilities or elderly people, can continue to live their own lives with a sense of purpose.
Each resident is different in age, level of disability, and strengths. Living under the same roof, it seems like they can use their strengths and enjoyable activities to support each other and take on roles. This is a home where disabled people who currently only need help cooking together and being looked after can push the wheelchairs of public residents, clean rooms, do laundry, and become supportive. When disabled people are not going out to do their work, they wave goodbye and say, "I'm going to call Grandma," or run up to the elderly in wheelchairs, creating a family-like atmosphere.
